  1. Atleast High School Graduate, with valid Professional Driver's License (no pending cases of major traffic violations).
  2. Holder of TESDA NC II Driving Certification.
  3. Completed Basic Life Support – Standard First Aid (BLS-SFA) training.
  4. Advanced education in any field (vocational or college level) is an advantage.
  5. 1–2 years professional driving experience, especially in emergency and patient transport.
  6. Basic knowledge in auto mechanics and minor troubleshooting.
  7. Strong knowledge of local routes for efficient navigation in project areas.
  8. Familiar with Emergency Response and Preparedness Management principles.
  9. Strong expertise in road safety, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  10. Experience in the construction industry, especially railway projects, is an advantage.
  11. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365) is an advantage.

Work Conditions and Expectations:

Willing to work on shifting schedules (day and night shift)

Able to work 12-hour shifts (8 regular + 4 hours overtime)

Willing to be assigned at construction sites

Willing to relocate to Pampanga

Can communicate with government and non-government organizations

Willing to participate in health programs

Willing to perform non-medical and support tasks for Safety, Health, and other departments
