We are looking for a Paralegal / Administrative Assistant to manage the firm. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle both administrative and legal-related tasks.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines
- Prepare and manage office correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized
- Assist in general office operations and support daily workflow
Paralegal / Legal Support Tasks
- Prepare, draft, and format legal documents and letters
- File and organize pleadings, affidavits, and other legal paperwork
- Conduct basic research related to cases or legal requirements
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and other agencies for follow-ups
- Prepare case folders and maintain confidentiality of information
- Assist in document retrieval and filing (physical and digital)
- Support lawyers or the office in case-related tasks as instructed
Qualifications:
- College graduate (any related course is a plus)
- With or without experience, but experience in legal or administrative work is preferred
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Organized and attentive to details
- Willing to work on-site in San Fernando City (Dela Paz, Norte)
- Can work independently and is willing to learn
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, filing, and organizing legal documents
- Manage administrative tasks: scheduling, emails, record-keeping, and client coordination
- Support daily office operations
- Conduct basic research and perform other tasks as assigned
