About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at CPI Management Services' Pampanga site, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time role based in Pampanga, Central Luzon. You will be a key part of our dedicated customer service team, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Updating customer records and documentation as needed
  4. Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive customer cases to appropriate team members
  5. Adhering to and upholding company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  6. Continuously improving your product and process knowledge to better serve customers

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  6. Fluency in English and the local language (Tagalog) is required
