A meticulous and organized professional responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards. This role manages documentation, reviews contracts and reimbursements, handles visa and government compliance processes, and supports international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date compliance records; manage document workflows for approvals, renewals, and audits.
  • Contract Compliance: Review and monitor contracts to ensure legal and policy alignment; track renewals and obligations; coordinate with legal and procurement teams.
  • Reimbursement Audits: Verify employee reimbursements for policy compliance and accuracy; collaborate with Finance and HR to resolve discrepancies.
  • Visa & Immigration: Oversee visa applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and internal policies.
  • Government Contributions: Compute and verify statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.); ensure timely remittances and monitor regulatory updates.
  • International Compliance: Support compliance for company properties and operations abroad, ensuring adherence to local laws and tax regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, HR, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in compliance, HR operations, or administration.
  • Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and local labor regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
