Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through initial screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Utilize various channels like job boards, professional networks, and social media to build a strong pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job roles, understand staffing needs, and ensure candidates meet qualification requirements.
  • Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attract high-caliber talent, making the organization an attractive place to work.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
  • Process Optimization: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS), analyze recruitment metrics, and stay informed about innovative recruiting trends to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure the recruitment process complies with internal policies and labor laws.
