Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance brand awareness and help generate leads.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to help shape marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, offering insights and ideas for improvement.
  • Ensure a consistent and professional brand presence across all online channels.
  • Work directly with the CEO on key marketing initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside near Angeles City.
  • Open to fresh graduates — no prior experience needed, just a strong interest in marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms; experience using Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field (preferred).
  • Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
