A) Position Objective:

The position is responsible to sell and assist on the insurance requirements of our business partners, intermediaries and producers, help them find coverage that meets their needs.

B) Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients - may involve cold calling, product presentation, and/or following up on leads.
  • Explain insurance products – clearly and concisely explaining the features, benefits, and limitations of different insurance policies.
  • Handle new business and renewals – generating quotes, processing request for issuance and preparing other necessary paperwork, ensure existing accounts are renewed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets - working towards and achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Assist collection and claims – through follow up and helping clients on the claims process and gather necessary documentations
  • Administrative Support - providing support to the sales team, including preparing reports and tracking performance.

C) Minimum Job Requirements:

● Education: Graduate of any 4 year business course

● Work-Related Experience:

o With at least 2 years related work experience in sales

o Preferably with NON LIFE Insurance background

o Has experience in dealing with customers and clients

o With excellent communication skills and can relate well with people

o Computer literate and is well-versed in operating MS Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
