Job Description
As a Procurement and Asset Associate, you will manage procurement activities, oversee physical asset movement, coordinate logistics, and support cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operational flow. You'll maintain vendor relationships, track inventory, execute store visits, and support processes that keep the organization running efficiently.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management, or any related field
Experience
- At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in admin, logistics, asset inventory, or procurement
Knowledge and Skills
- Possesses analytical and technical competency related to the job
- Willingness to be trained
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and leadership skills; with in-depth knowledge in admin works, logistics, asset inventory, or procurement
- Effective problem solver with strong personality
- Must be keen on visual awareness and meticulous in details
- Must be highly proficient in using MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
- High customer service orientation
- Hardworking, proactive, assertive, team player, and can work under pressure
- Must be willing to work on a shifting work schedule including weekends
- Diligent and needs not to be reminded of his/her tasks always
Your Daily Tasks
Procurement Responsibilities
- Procurement tasks related to Facilities (billings, payments, vendor follow-ups, cost negotiation, PO creation, coordination with Finance, physical store visit, canvassing, purchasing, bond recoveries, etc.)
- Maintain supplier/contractor relationships and master data/vendors list
- Investigate and evaluate new potential vendors
- Coordination with the company's Site Buildings, related to admin, procurement, logistics, and asset inventory works from time to time
- Responsible in visiting the physical store of suppliers, hardware, depots, etc. for purchasing from time to time
- Negotiate with vendors for the recovery of defective products and/or cost during the warranty period
Asset Management Responsibilities
- Physical asset inventory (old, new, and moving)
- Movement monitoring and inventory of all Emapta physical assets (non-IT only)
- Update the monitoring/tracking file
Logistics Coordination Responsibilities
- Asset logistics coordination (gate pass requests, IT and non-IT asset delivery, delivery pin location, delivery confirmation, logistics reporting and update, etc.) with the logistics team and staff
- Expedite and ensure the timely delivery and endorsement of orders and Emapta assets
Administrative and Cross-Department Coordination
- Work hand in hand with the department head/team leader, including the Facilities team
- Coordination with other departments
- Participate in all department meetings, trainings, and enhancement programs
- Do other related admin, procurement, logistics, asset inventory, and monitoring tasks as may be assigned
Other Responsibilities
- Perform any administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any of the Company's representatives from time to time through direct written order or verbal assignment
