We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience in procurement and a well-maintained database of current and previous suppliers. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of current and previous suppliers, including contact details, pricing, and performance records.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
