We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Head to join our team and drive brand awareness in the eyewear industry. This role will focus on expanding our brand presence and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Philippine retail market.

■ Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to guide marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
  • Leverage insights into the Philippine retail landscape to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
  • Work closely with an outsourced marketing agency, serving as a strong bridge between Japanese expatriates and the marketing partner.

■ Must-Haves

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in retail marketing within the Philippine market, particularly leveraging social media (SNS).
  • Proven track record in contributing to brand awareness and business growth initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative while working independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Work experience in multinational companies (Japan, Korea, US, Europe, etc.)—as this is a Japanese brand, the role requires someone who can thrive in an international environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
