The nationwide sales head is a critical role that drives revenue growth, leads sales teams, and ensures the company's sales strategy is aligned with its overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing Sales Strategy: Creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
Setting Sales Targets and KPIs: Establishing sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive performance.
Managing Sales Teams: Leading and motivating sales teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Building Customer Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
Analyzing Market Trends: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
Driving Revenue Growth: Implementing strategies and initiatives to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
Reporting and Analysis: Creating reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, progress, and insights to senior management.
Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product, and customer success, to align strategies and optimize performance.
Qualifications (Competencies and Skill set required):
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 8 years in a senior or national leadership role
Proven track record in driving national revenue growth, leading large teams and managing complex accounts
Expertise in sales analytics, forecasting and CRM systems
Advance knowledge in the use of technology like generative AI, Power BI
Strong negotiation, leadership, communication and executive presence

Business Acumen
Willingness to travel frequently nationwide to oversee regional operations and build market visibility.
