Key Account Manager

Philippines | Reports to Singapore

Our client is a global leader in industrial and electronic identification, labelling, and safety solutions, trusted by major manufacturing and technology companies worldwide. Their products and software help factories operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with international standards.

As part of their growth in Asia-Pacific, they are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive sales, strengthen customer relationships, and lead business expansion across key manufacturing sectors in the Philippines.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact commercial role responsible for sales performance, customer development, and business growth within a defined territory. You'll act as a trusted partner to manufacturing clients, providing technical solutions that improve quality, productivity, and compliance.

What You'll Bring
  • Degree/Diploma in Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, or industrial automation
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial/electronic products and solution selling
  • Skilled in territory planning, pipeline management, and CRM tools
  • Own transport and willingness to travel nationwide
Nice to Have
  • Experience in distributor/channel management in a multinational setup
  • Japanese or other Asian language skills a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and technical teams
