Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila for the role of Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, developing business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include analyzing customer needs, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for key clients to ensure strong, long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and managing Key Accounts
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to develop strategies and drive growth
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in a similar role involving account management or client relationship management
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and systems integration is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
