The Virtual Assistant – Accounts Creation is responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining online accounts, profiles, and systems as instructed by the management or clients. The role ensures that all account information is accurate, secure, and compliant with company standards while supporting the operational needs of the business.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create new accounts across assigned phones and platforms following SOPs.
- Achieve per-phone targets
- Maintain quality performance metrics, including:
- ≥50% success rate
- low ban rate
- Correct device/number hygiene.
- Update trackers (Airtable), label account statuses (Normal/Full), and pause/resume as instructed.
- Use AdsPower (or similar) + platform apps; follow naming and log conventions.
- Submit end-of-day (EOD) reports metrics; escalate issues promptly to management
- Follow data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Uphold company values, professionalism, and compliance with policies and procedures.
