What you'll be doing

  • Preparing detailed quantity and cost estimates for construction projects - structural and architectural plans and specifications
  • Analysing project requirements and identifying appropriate materials and labour costs
  • Monitoring project costs and budgets, and providing regular reports to the management team
  • Advising on cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • BS Civil Engineering Graduate
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques
  • Proficient in using quantity surveying software and project management tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry standards
