DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares quotations and tenders for projects.
  • Assist in the procurement administration of the project and manage project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payment, and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation.
  • Prepare actual estimate (BOQ's) of all materials and equipment to be used for bidding purposes of prospective supplier/sub-contractor.
  • Prepare Scope of Work to be used for bidding purposes of prospective sub-contractors.
  • Pricing of MEPFS packages, billing evaluation, and costing.
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
  • Prepare other documents needed for sub-contractors such as invitation letters, NTP's, Award Letter, Contract Document and others.
  • Perform tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Professional license is an advantage but not REQUIRED
