They are located in NSW, Australia.  Work from home, this is a remote position supporting our Australia based operations.  We encourage Philippines based staff to apply.

About the role

  • Manage the general accounts across multiple companies
  • Conduct Daily Bank Reconciliations in Xero
  • Conduct month-end reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts
  • Preparation of GST
  • Process Accounts Payable, match Purchase Orders
  • Process Credit Card Statements in Xero
  • Payroll processing
  • Implement internal control measures

You have/are

  • Preferred Australia based experience. We ask candidates to highlight this in their Employment History.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA qualification preferred.
  • Experience in working across multiple companies
  • Minimum 3 years experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Advanced skills in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of sustainable performance.
  • Ability to continuously improve on the current status.
