About the role

Good Pastry Café' is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila location. As a full-time Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and confectionery items to our high standards, ensuring the consistent delivery of delicious and visually appealing products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Mixing, kneading, and shaping dough for breads, rolls, and pastries

  • Operating industrial ovens and other baking equipment to bake a range of baked goods

  • Ensuring all baked items meet company quality and presentation standards

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout production

  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies

  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new and innovative baked products

  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a professional Baker or Pastry Chef

  • Formal training or qualifications in baking, patisserie, or culinary arts preferred

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety standards

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Passion for creating delicious baked goods and a desire to continuously learn and improve
