As a specialist in a process, workstream or area in our Digital Services, you will use your in-depth knowledge to ensure impeccable service operations and drive standardization and simplification of processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use your expertise to meet service level agreements and obligations.
  • Co-own the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Provide input for training materials and ensure compliance with policies and law.
  • Analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements.
  • Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.
Requirements:

  • Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience.
