Lead Bakery Specialist

Job Description

As a lead bakery specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled bakers in creating high-quality baked goods. This involves overseeing daily production, developing new recipes, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bakery operation. This includes ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and that the bakery is stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.

  • Leading a team of bakers to achieve high-quality results
  • Overseeing daily production and inventory management
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in culinary arts or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel
  • Training in food safety and Serve Safe certification
