Currently, Celestial Meadows Developers Corporation (CMDC) is a trusted land developer of a Pocket Memorial & Family Park in Central Visayas. For more than two decades, we have been operating numerous memorial developments across Cebu Island.

Job Position Overview:
As Area Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our memorial and family park business, overseeing multiple tasks and leading a team of supervisors and business partners. You'll be responsible for optimizing sales, managing costs, ensuring quality, and fostering a high-performing team. This is a highly hands-on role requiring significant field presence.
Responsibilities:
·Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability across all business units.
·Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
·Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality, efficient processes, and optimal cost management.
·Sales Growth: Identify and implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and increase brand awareness.
·Financial Management: Manage budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on financial performance.
·Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality across all products and services.
·Fieldwork: Spend at least 60% of your time in the field, visiting sales kiosks and providing support to Business Partners and their sellers, and ensuring operational excellence.
·People Management: Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing training, development, and performance management for your team.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in any course.
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
·Proven track record of success in sales, operations, and team management.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Willingness to work long hours and travel extensively (at least 80% field work).
·Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to excellence.
