Is currently looking for:

AREA MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of each branch to ensure uniformity

  • Ensure compliance of the branches with all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

  • Conducts branch inventory audits and spot checks

  • Analyze data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions

  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management

  • Identify areas for improvement to create training programs on performance gaps

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure operations run smoothly

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information

  • Communicate regularly with the CEO and Executive Assistant to provide updates on branch performance

  • Monitor sales of each branch

  • Monitor staff performance

  • Offer consultation and recommendations to employees on overcoming operations challenges

  • Manage employee training and performance management.

  • Maintaining of Customer Service Quality

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy business ensures that signage displays are attractive and building utilities are well-functioning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a track record of managing operations

  • Strong understanding of business finance principles

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues

  • Outstanding leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire a team.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
