Job description

We are looking for organized and dependable individuals to join our restaurant team as Coordinator during the peak/seasonal period. The Coordinator ensures smooth daily operations by supporting communication between the kitchen, service staff, and management, helping maintain efficiency and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate flow between kitchen, service crew, and management.
  • Monitor order statuses and ensure timely service.
  • Help manage staff schedules and shift assignments as needed.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support inventory monitoring and supply coordination.
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of front and back-of-house areas.
  • Communicate any operational issues to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent; college level is a plus.
  • Previous experience in restaurant or food service coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Team player with leadership potential.
  • Basic knowledge of food service operations and customer handling.

Job summary

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
