Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Preferably has at least 2-years work experience in the same industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Must be familiar with products and technology such as network security, firewall, CCTV, switches, access control cybersecurity, IT networking, servers, storage, operating systems, Printers, UPS, Scanners, Large format display. Technical certifications in IT and in Electronics Security field is an advantageMust be willing to travel occationally either locally or internationally when needed. Must be willing to do a 3-5mins PowerPoint presentation as part of the recruitment process after the hiring manager's interviewMust be willing to sign a 2-year employment bond.

Job FunctionsPre-SalesLearns and understands the product/s assigned to be supported, whether for pre-sale or post-sale activity. Assists sales in discovering the client's needs. Creates design and/or bill of materials to solve the client's problem or needs.Accompanies the sales or product team in client calls in order to provide assistance to all technical queries and questions from sales team, resellers and end-users.

Conducts technical presentation and Demonstrates product and/or solution to client, when needed. Post/After SalesSupport or assist reseller in installing/configuring the product/s at their customer's site. Provide basic training and instruction to resellers on how to use the product/s effectively.

Support or assist reseller in their inquiries regarding the product/s. Facilitates warranty and support claims of resellers with the product manufacturer.
