JOB DESCRIPTION

Preparation

  • Recommend Calibration of surveying instrument
  • Implement/Recommend FCD plan
  • Review/Implement data of external research
  • Execute/Supervise Initial Plotting of Data
  • Prepare/Review Manpower & Equipment

Field Survey and Calculation

  • Participate in Ocular Inspection on site
  • Supervise/Finalized/Submit in Survey filed Execution
  • Supervise/Finalized On the Spot Calculation
  • Finalized surveying markings lay out
  • Execute/Supervise field Data Recording

Data Processing

  • Analyze data/Evaluate data in processing Data Gathered
  • Interpret data/Analyze data Calculation processing
  • Finalized data processing result

Document Management

  • Prepare/Approve Surveying Plan
  • Prepare/Approve Survey Reference Form
  • Prepare/Approve filing of documents
  • Execute Signed and Sealed of Plan

Reporting

  • Prepare/Review surveying report
  • Prepare/Review Surveying Methodology
  • Prepare Report of Monthly Coordination Meeting
  • Prepare Actual Field Work Report

Supervision

  • Execute/Supervise/Finalized Surveying Work
  • Supervise Project Surveying Work
  • Supervise Overall BU Surveying Work
  • Execute/Supervise/Finalized Company Surveying Work
  • Supervise/Finalized Surveying Document
  • Prepare/Supervise/Finalized Surveying Result

Management

  • Control Quality of Instrument & Equipment
  • Control surveying manpower
  • Supervise Surveying Cost
  • Supervise Surveying Output

Development

  • Evaluate/Recommend Survey Improvement for surveying personnel
  • Train/Evaluate eligible surveying personnel
  • Recommend Surveying Procedure

Health and Safety, Environment

  • Comply Health & Safety Policy
  • Comply Environmental Policy Enforcement

Survey Measurement

  • Ensure to Informed QA/QC for any Discrepancies
  • Authorized NOT to signed Inspection Report without Final Checking

Surveying Plan

  • Authorized NOT to signed Plan prepared by others
  • Authorized to require PIC's, FE's, and FS's to signed to the turnover plan for layout

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
