Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering

Has a minimum 5 years experience in vertical project

Preferably with PRC License as a Geodetic Engineer

Knowledgeable in different Surveying Methods;

Computer Literate and familiarity with MS Office App, AutoCad, Global Positioning System (GPS), and other software and system related to engineering

Maintains and updates project schedules based on survey results and outcomes.

Formulates and devises methods on how to address particular problems to avoid delays in construction projects.

Develops project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans and deliberates with the Project Manager & Project In-Charge for approval.

Provides design and technical plans or details by preparing sketches, maps and descriptions of land surveys needed prior to the construction of housing units.

Records results of surveys including the shape, location, contour, elevation and dimension of land or land features.

Ensures that all survey measurements and estimations are accurate and correct to avoid any inconsistencies in the construction of housing units.

Delegates responsibilities to subordinates according to their skill sets and experience to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinates data findings and results with Project Engineer – Housing and Project Engineer – Land Development.

Coordinates and communicates with Project Manager and Project In-charge to provide assistance and technical support.

Attends daily safety toolbox meeting to provide updates on projects handled and other related safety and administrative concerns.
