About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Surveyor/Geodetic Engineer to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing vital land surveying services to support our construction projects in Metro Manila and various locations.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting detailed land surveys and mapping using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
  • Preparing accurate topographic maps, subdivision plans, boundary surveys, and construction layout plans
  • Analyzing survey data and producing detailed reports and recommendations
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure survey requirements are met
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest surveying technologies, methods, and industry regulations
  • Mentoring and training junior surveying staff

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geodetic Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional Surveyor or Geodetic Engineer
  • Comprehensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
  • Proficiency in using surveying software, including CAD and GIS applications
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and safety
