General Scope/Responsibilities:

  • Establishing & laying out of horizontal &Vertical Controls
  • Setting out of alignment and Elevation of Structures
  • Conduct Leveling and Topographic Survey
  • Preparation of Survey and Topographic Plans
  • Document and Prepare Survey Reports
  • Measurements of works completed at site
  • Supervising and expediting of works (setting out of track center line, tracks final alignment, absolute data preparation)
  • Verifying and checking of quality of works
  • Issuance of site instructions
  • Processing and preparation of data for pre-concrete and post-concrete (handled by CE)
  • Recording the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features
  • Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed
  • Handling detailed design proposals such as GIS-based mapping, CAD-drafting and earthwork
  • computations where it involved site grading, alignment design, profiling & cross-sectioning details (can be done by GE, but mostly done by CE in our company) Creating maps and graphs, using GIS software and related equipment
  • Conducting research to locate and obtain existing databases
  • Gathering, analyzing, and integrating spatial data from staff and determine how best the information can be displayed using GIS
  • Compiling geographic data from a variety of sources including censuses, field observation, satelliteimagery, aerial photographs, and existing maps
  • Analyzing spatial data for geographic statistics to incorporate into documents and reports
  • Designing and updating database
  • Applying additional knowledge of spatial feature representations
  • Enter new map data through use of a digitizer or by direct input of coordinate information using the principles of cartography including coordinate systems, longitude, latitude, elevation, topography, and map scales
  • Analyzing geographic relationships among varying types of data
  • Read and understand the company's Quality Management System
  • Incorporate the Quality Policy in every task
  • Work according to agreed quality standards and targets as per QMS
  • Other tasks as may be assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
