About the role

West Point Communication Center is seeking a Spanish Speaking Healthcare Associate to join our customer service team based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients in the healthcare sector.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound calls and messages from Spanish-speaking customers
  • Providing accurate information and support on healthcare-related enquiries
  • Handling customer complaints and queries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Updating customer records and documentation in our internal systems
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless customer service
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
