About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking talented Healthcare Associates - Customer Care representatives to join our fast-paced and dynamic call centre in Cebu, Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to help them with their healthcare-related inquiries and needs.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and responding to email and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues
  3. Documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  4. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience
  5. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and customer-centric approach at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Fluency in both English and Tagalog, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently
  6. A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering results
