About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Associate to join our growing team at West Point Communication Center in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. As a Healthcare Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients within the healthcare industry. What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound calls from customers and clients, providing accurate and timely information
- Assist customers with a wide range of healthcare-related inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
- Participate in training and development activities to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficiency in using various computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to professional development
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt to changing priorities
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the healthcare industry
