What You'll Do

Content & SEO

● Plan, write, and edit content that speaks to technical users—clear, practical, and relevant. Website pages, blog posts, whitepapers, and customer comms.

● Work directly with the CEO on product announcements and thought leadership.

● Collaborate with our designer to create assets like landing pages, whitepapers, social posts, and presentations.

Email & Comms

● Manage our customer onboarding and lifecycle email journeys.

● Own product updates, newsletters, and other customer communications.

● Keep our content aligned with the product roadmap and what our customers care about.

Growth & Campaigns

● Build lead nurturing workflows and automation.

● Run paid ads across Google and Reddit, and manage retargeting campaigns.

● Test and improve conversions across our website and landing pages.

● Track what's working, what's not, and share clear, actionable insights.

● Manage our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and community channels like Discord and Reddit.

● Be active in these channels, understand how technical audiences engage, and help build conversations—not just post content.

General Marketing Operations

● Run campaigns from start to finish—no hand-holding, but plenty of collaboration.

● Stay across SaaS and cloud industry trends and adjust tactics as needed.

● Pitch in wherever needed in a small team: reporting, events, partner marketing, or anything else that helps move us forward.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

● 4+ years in marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech.

● Hands-on experience running Google Ads, Reddit Ads, and retargeting campaigns.

● Strong written communication skills, especially for technical audiences.

● Comfortable learning and writing about technical topics like APIs, virtualisation, and infrastructure platforms—even if you're not a developer yourself.

● Solid SEO knowledge (both on-page and technical).

● Analytical mindset—comfortable managing budgets and optimising campaigns based on performance.

● Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, ) for marketing tasks like content creation, research, or campaign optimisation.

● Proactive and self-directed—you'll be trusted to run your own campaigns.

Bonus Points

● Experience marketing to cloud, infrastructure, or MSP/IT audiences.

● Familiar with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics 4, and GoHighLevel.

● Active in tech communities like Discord, Reddit, or other niche forums.

● Thrive in a scale-up where things move fast and change often.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
