Sr. ROW

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior ROW (Right of Way) / Social Impact Specialist, located in Manila Project. The responsibilities include managing and facilitating right-of-way acquisition processes, leading social impact assessments, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves preparing documentation, reports, and presentations, as well as conducting community engagement initiatives and resolving issues related to project implementation.

Qualifications

• BS in Community/Social Development or any Discipline related to the position; MS or Doctoral Degree in any Discipline related to the Position is an added advantage
• Five (5) years or more experience as Sr. ROW/Social Impact Specialist in any construction related field
• Expertise in Right-of-Way (ROW) management, land acquisition, and negotiation techniques
• Proficiency in conducting social impact assessments and community engagement activities
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including planning and execution of deliverables
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Knowledge of relevant local and national regulations related to ROW and social impact
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience with infrastructure and construction projects is an advantage
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
