KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in generating and issuing customer invoices.

Monitor accounts receivable balances and support follow-ups on overdue accounts.

Help reconcile customer accounts and resolve basic discrepancies with supervision.

Collaborate with senior team members and hotel staff on billing queries and updates.

Assist in auditing daily revenue reports for accuracy.

Help reconcile daily financial transactions and flag discrepancies to supervisors.

Support the preparation of basic revenue reports and summaries.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.

Learn and follow company policies and local regulations for financial activities.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.

Actively participate in on-the-job training and development sessions.

Learn to use accounting software, including Xero or similar financial systems.

Develop skills in financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting - (Recent graduates encouraged to apply).

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel; knowledge of Xero is a plus.

Good knowledge of English language.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

1 to 3 years prior experience required; internship experience will also be considered.
