The Role in a Nutshell

This is a hybrid role that combines executive administrative support with basic financial and bookkeeping tasks. We need a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage a fast-paced environment and support our senior leadership team.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with a dual skill set. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2–3 years of experience
    in either an
    Executive Assistant
    or
    Finance/Bookkeeping
    role.
  • Strong administrative skills
    , including expert calendar management, professional communication, and handling confidential information.
  • A solid understanding of basic finance
    , such as expense tracking, reconciliation, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities (The Top 3)

  1. Executive Support:
    Be the primary point of contact for the CEO's calendar, communications, and travel.
  2. Financial Administration:
    Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and client billing communications.
  3. Project Coordination:
    Help with project follow-ups and provide administrative support to the Executive Manager and CFO.

Must-Have Skills

  • Tech-Savvy:
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace. Experience with accounting software like Xero is a big plus.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Adaptability:
    The ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to a dynamic environment.
