The HR Manager will be responsible for overall Human Resource and Administration transactions related to Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and others.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

  • You'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.
  • Developing and fostering strong relationships across all business teams and departments
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • The HR Manager will be responsible for overall Human Resource and Administration transactions related to Manpower Planning, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, and others.

What are the Skills and Qualifications?

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related
  • 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR manager
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
