Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function in our food manufacturing operations. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, compliance with labor laws, and engagement programs while ensuring alignment with food industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for plant operations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage payroll, timekeeping, and government-mandated benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE requirements, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Lead training and development programs for technical and non-technical staff.
- Partner with management to support business and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willing to work on Saturdays and be based in Deparo Caloocan City.
