We are hiring competitive and enthusiastic Solutions Sales Consultants to sell our products and offerings to assigned territories.

Solutions Sales Consultants responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects for your assigned portfolio, negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and are enthusiastic in building relationships with clients that want to adopt technology for their advantage, we want you in our team You would be reporting to the Business Development Director, working with Marketing and Technical teams to sell and deliver our products and solutions to technical people and business executives in multiple industries.
Depending on your strengths, you would manage 1 of these Portfolio:
- Business Applications (ERP, HRIS, CRM, FSM)
- Products and Technology
- IT Services
- Integration, Analytics, and Digital Automation
We reward performance and this role has an attractive incentive compensation scheme. This role earns a fixed salary plus commission. Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and analyze industry and customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant; Understand all the potential client's needs, problems or wants
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and service, articulate our unique value proposition
- Up-sell and cross-sell when appropriate
- Coordinate and ensure the availability of resources for demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Develop and submit tenders, quotes, and proposals for potential clients
- Stay current on company offers and industry trends.
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Submit reports and provide updates in a timely manner; participate in weekly sales cadence
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients
- Meet or exceed sales goals and business KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- Track record as a sales performer and passion for selling
- Strong knowledge of IT products or technology and fast learner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Very good communication skills
- Knowledge of computer systems and Office Software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to meet sales and commission targets
