We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role bridges the gap between technology and business needs, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities for our software solutions. You will play a key role in demonstrating product value, ensuring successful implementation, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales teams to understand client requirements.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.

Act as a subject matter expert during customer engagements, events, and webinars.

Provide consultative support to prospects, helping them understand solution fit and value.

Assist in proposal development and respond to RFIs.

Lead onboarding, training, and implementation of software solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Ensure customer success through proactive engagement and solution optimization.

Gather feedback and collaborate with teams for continuous improvement.

Maintain documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Experience with design and collaboration software.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
