
Sales Operations Administrator

We are seeking a Sales and HubSpot Administrator who will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within our sales process. This role is ideal for someone proficient in HubSpot, who enjoys data entry and data cleaning, and who can manage administrative tasks efficiently. You will work closely with our sales team to manage workflows and maintain our contacts in HubSpot.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track sales leads, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline activities. Make sure all new contacts that come in are cleaned and updated with LinkedIn profiles. Regularly check for duplicate contacts and merge them.
- Sales Support: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot to track sales activities and performance.
- Administrative Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the finance team and act as a bridge between the sales and finance teams to ensure all documents are complete before invoicing. Ensure compliance with the supplier's invoicing rules. Track invoices, follow up with clients, and ensure invoices are sent and paid on time.
Requirements:
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is essential for managing contacts, sales pipelines and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
