Project Sales Representative

- Create strategic plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and untapped markets within their assigned territory.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their needs and secure orders.
- Stay well-informed about the features, benefits and competitive advantages of Phildex products to effectively pitch them to clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide product recommendations that align with client requirements.
- Build relationship with key stakeholders, including purchasing managers, engineers and decision makers.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Monitor and report on competitors' activities, pricing, and new products to maintain a competitive edge.
- Gather insights about customer satisfaction and relay this information to the management and technical teams for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales manager, specifier, and marketing team to align strategies.
- Assists in delivering product presentations and sample demos to clients and project team.
- Provide input for promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports outlining performance, pipeline and challenges.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and delivery coordination.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years sales work experience in the building materials or construction industry.
- Knowledgeable in handling developers & contractors.
- With portfolio of known key accounts and contact persons.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and can work with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork in CEBU areas.
