We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Representative to support our sales team in expanding our POS (Point-of-Sale) client base. Your main task is to go on-site to identify and approach potential businesses, introduce our POS solutions, and set meetings for our sales team. This role focuses on prospecting and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research newly opened or upcoming restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and commercial areas that may need POS
  • Build a list of prospect locations based on online research, walk-ins, and market scanning
  • Conduct field visits to restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and other target businesses
  • Present POS solutions and collect basic client requirements
  • Build rapport with owners/managers and set qualified sales meetings
  • Coordinate with sales team for handover of warm leads
  • Track daily visits, leads, and appointments in a reporting sheet
  • Assist in on-ground events, demos, and other marketing/sales initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in field sales, B2B outreach, or appointment-setting is an advantage
  • Familiarity with POS or tech products is a plus but not required (training provided)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-driven, confident in doing face-to-face approach
  • Willing to travel for field assignments
