Your role

As a
Sales Representative,
you will:

  • Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service
  • Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions
  • Document and follow up on customer feedback
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Leads

What You Need:

Non-negotiables:

  • Proven 1–2 years of experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role
  • Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Emotional intelligence and professionalism when providing constructive performance feedback to team members.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills to develop meaningful strategies that improve service quality
  • Goal- and results-oriented mindset
