The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and supporting machine operators while coordinating with the Sales Manager to implement referral marketing programs. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through effective lead generation, training, and excellent customer service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and convert new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Ensure full compliance with the company's Sales Force Program.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to help achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations for both onsite and online prospects.
  • Complete sales transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with machine operators to ensure proper turnover, handling, and processing of transactions.
  • Facilitate onboarding for newly hired operators, ensuring a clear understanding of the sales process and company standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
