Job Overview:

We are looking for goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our Pioneer International Retail Account in Skyrise, Cebu. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. If you have a passion for customer interaction, sales performance, and hitting targets, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers interested in products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or packages.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address questions and concerns.
  • Accurately update customer records and transactions in the system.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide a positive customer experience that encourages future purchases and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and performance.

Qualifications:

  • With BPO experience (Voice Account) and sales background
  • At least High school Graduate
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
