Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent

  • With adept experience on end to end recruitment process in Operations (Restaurant or store-based positions).

  • Knowledge in Psychological testing, trend analysis, profiling is an advantage.

  • Experience in food or retails industry recruitment is also an advantage.

  • Must be customer-service oriented and a team player.

  • Must have an excellent communication skills, Proficient in MS applications especially in Excel. and Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing for Store/Restaurant Operations.

  • Conducts cold calling and initial screening of applicants.

  • Works closely with Recruitment Supervisor and Hiring Managers to fill manpower requests.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.

  • Willing to work on-site at Scout Tobias, Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
