Overview

We are seeking a motivated Outreach Specialist to support prospective student engagement for bachelor's and graduate completion programs. This role involves structured communication via phone, email, and text, following strict compliance and scripting standards while ensuring accurate data management and warm transfers to enrollment counselors.


Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 40,000-42,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM MST (subject to change based on account needs)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Execute scripted outreach via phone, text, and email to prospective students for bachelor's and graduate completion programs.
  • Verify lead information including name, contact details, and intended program/field of study.
  • Warm transfer prospective students to the correct enrollment counselor during approved hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM CST).
  • Schedule appointments using the appropriate calendar links and complete the process including code verification.
  • Apply final dispositions in Five9 to prevent redundant callbacks (e.g., Warm Transfer, Scheduled Appointment, Disqualified).
  • Document all interactions in Five9 with detailed, professional notes using standard templates.
  • Follow backup procedures when student owners are unavailable (call buddy system, backup numbers, or secondary counselors).
  • Adhere to strict scripting protocols, including voicemails, email and text templates, and communication frequency timelines.
  • Mark leads as Qualified, Unqualified, or Update Needed per institutional definitions and standards.
  • Respect opt-out requests immediately and report email-only or do-not-contact requests through official channels.
  • Maintain data accuracy and uphold confidentiality standards as per institutional policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow scripts and adhere to structured outreach timelines and compliance standards.
  • Previous experience in a call center, admissions, or customer service preferred.
  • Availability to work within designated call hours and comply with appointment protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail.
