Job Title: Ticketing Agent (AP Ticketing & Support)

Location: WFH/Remote

Shift: 8a to 5p Central Time

Overview

As a Ticketing Agent (AP Ticketing & Support), you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assign tickets to our Accounts Payable (AP) Team Members via Service Now Ticketing System
  • Monitor, support, and research Accounts Payable inquiries
  • Clearly communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email
  • Assist with light AP duties such as reconciling statements, auditing expense reports and invoices, and participating in special projects as requested
  • Triage basic problems, taking corrective actions to ensure availability and minimize downtime
  • Perform data entry and auditing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel skills are a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • Familiarity with the following tools is a plus: Excel, Outlook, PDF Xchange, Service Now, Oracle
