As a
Sales Specialist,
you'll transform leads into lasting relationships, drive sales performance, and inspire clients to embrace their confidence through fashion photography. If you're motivated, persuasive, and passionate about making people feel empowered, this is where your success story begins.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM during DST, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM after DST), Weekends Off

Work setup: Hybrid, Makati (2 days WFH after 6 months)

Salary: PHP 40,000 + Monthly Commission (Top performers earn PHP 100K+)

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1 year relevant experience
• Sales experience with high-level communication skills a
  nd a proven ability to meet monthly targets
• Willingness to make volume calls (inbound and outbound)
• Highly results-driven, assertive, organized, and self-managed
• Creative flair and passion for fashion, styling, photography, or modeling
• Outgoing, dynamic, and energetic personality that inspires clients
  (mainly females aged 13-35)
• Willing to work onsite in PNB, Makati

Your Daily Tasks

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Contact leads via phone, SMS, and email
• Build genuine relationships and uncover client motivations
• Create excitement and inspire clients to book photo shoots ($89 booking fee)
• Manage a lead pipeline and use Hubspot as a CRM database
• Change lives-don't just sell a product
