Job Summary

Skyline Gardens Development Corp is seeking a dynamic, driven, and hands-on Sales Director to lead and grow our sales division. This key leadership position will be responsible for directly generating sales, as well as building, training, and managing a team of high-performing sales agents (in-house and network partners) focused primarily on our flagship product—Skyline Gardens Columbary and Ossuary Units.

We are looking for someone who combines strong leadership with the grit of a top-performing sales closer, and who is excited to shape the future of how families plan meaningful legacies with Skyline Gardens.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Personally close direct sales with prospective clients (walk-ins, online leads, referrals, etc.)
  • Build strong client relationships and provide consultative support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the brand in events, presentations, and client meetings as needed

Sales Team Development

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and support independent sales agents
  • Monitor performance, coach agents, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Create and maintain agent tracking tools, regular performance reviews, and incentive structures

Strategy and Coordination

  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Contribute to the creation of sales materials, pitch decks, and promotional campaigns
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to sales processes
  • Work with VP of Marketing and Sales on developing an efficient sales process

Other Duties

  • Carry out additional tasks or special projects as assigned by the VP of Marketing and Sales

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate, memorial parks, insurance, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a sales role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (including digital tools)
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to work in the field and meet clients face-to-face
  • High integrity and a customer-first attitude
